Supply Chain

Our organization has formed long term relationships with a combination of both national and local suppliers (vetting via our ‘Approved Suppliers’ procedure) enabling us to support the local economy within communities where we are operating whilst delivering services to a nationally required standard.

Supply chain integration encourages collaboration between suppliers towards using innovative techniques to improve quality and reduce waste via;

‘common values and cultures in promoting team spirit, common standards ensuring consistent quality, open book working encouraging trust and monitoring performances against key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.’

Supply chain integration further benefits to all stakeholders involved in projects include;

‘improved productivity via on-line tracking, reduced project times and risk mitigation through joint evaluations and harnessing experiences towards greater efficiency.’

Our organizations supply chain includes:

Prospective suppliers and specialist sub-contractors (regardless of whether they have been nominated by clients) are vetted via our organization’s ‘Suppliers/Specialist Sub-Contractors Assessment Questionnaire' requiring them to demonstrate they can supply/provide services in compliance (and evidence of compliances) with statutory requirements and our organization’s policies and procedures in relation to; equality, diversity and recruitment, environmental, health and safety, sustainability and carbon output reduction, and meet financial and insurance obligations.
