Prospective suppliers and specialist sub-contractors (regardless of whether they have been nominated by clients) are vetted via our organization’s ‘Suppliers/Specialist Sub-Contractors Assessment Questionnaire' requiring them to demonstrate they can supply/provide services in compliance (and evidence of compliances) with statutory requirements and our organization’s policies and procedures in relation to; equality, diversity and recruitment, environmental, health and safety, sustainability and carbon output reduction, and meet financial and insurance obligations.
Our organization has a designated Data Controller, registered via the Information Commissioner, who determines the purpose and the manner in which any personnel information is held, shared and processed.
