Quality management for our organization begins with the selection of a dedicated client team for each individual project, consisting of professionally qualified management personnel typically; Project Manager, Contract Surveyor, Site Supervisor, Customer Liaison Officer) and trade personnel with proven track records of successfully working on similar projects.
Our organization champions a proactive approach to quality management suggesting to all clients that where ever practicable we undertake pilot areas at the start of the programme of works to ensure the suitability of specified materials, level of workmanship and the quality of finish can be approved by all stakeholders.
We continue this proactive approach by the undertaking our own quality control procedures, with Site Supervisors overseeing each stage of works and monitoring compliance with the specification. Completed works are further inspected for defects on the day of completion with any identified defects being targeted to be rectified on the same working day or at the clients convenience.
When working on projects where our clients properties are occupied by leaseholders and tenants (upon the above processes being completed) our Resident Liaison Officers will call at addresses where works are completed seeking to speak with each and every leaseholder and tenant, politely requesting if they will answer a (brief) set questionnaire on the level of service our organization has provided (including a suite of 7 x KPI).
The above processes are recorded on Site Supervisors and Resident Liaison Officers PDA’s and uploaded to our organization’s data base for monitoring, audit and training purposes towards achieving right first time works and zero defects. This information is made available electronically to all stakeholders involved in projects.
Our organization further encourages supply chain partners (including) Akzo Nobel, Tor Coating, Remmers to undertake independent site visits and to report to the clients and stakeholders the levels of service and workmanship they find our organization to be providing.
