Customer Approach

Our organization’s approach to our clients and customers is firstly and foremost one of wanting to work together with them.

To this end we assign to individual projects dedicated client teams (for the duration of the projects and defects period) of professionally qualified and trained staff with clearly defined roles who understand and are familiar with their responsibilities and, the levels of service and conduct expected of them by our organization.

We pride ourselves on providing an accessible service establishing open communications with all stake holders towards creating a working environment of trust and co-operation where savings and benefits are shared by all parties.

Our approach is a proactive one seeking to engage with our clients, customers and all stakeholders at the pre start stage of projects, promoting and attending out of hours and working week meetings opening channels of communication to provide accessibility, establishing security arrangements, and identifying any special needs of our clients and customers.

We encourage all stakeholders to attend regular progress meetings to share information. We promote the use of collaborative technology ‘real time reporting’ towards monitoring performance, measuring response times, resolving issues and providing solutions.

As an organization we target and pride ourselves on minimizing disruption to our clients and customers by way of achieving ‘right first time works and achieving ‘zero defects’.

To monitor, measure and improve our performance we encourage and promote the use of benchmarked KPI’s (key performance indicators) and sharing these results with all stakeholders.

We have a proven track record of achieving best value on projects and this is demonstrated by way of repeat business, renegotiated and extended frame work and partnering arrangements with clients and customers.

It is our organizational policy to register all major projects with the ‘Considerate Constructors Scheme’.
