Our organization undertakes regeneration, refurbishment and maintenance projects to both private and public sectors via JCT lump sum and measured terms contracts, framework and partnering agreements.
A sizeable part of the service we provide is project management delivery and ongoing customer and client liaison.
To this end we assign to individual projects dedicated client teams (for the duration of the projects including defects period) of professionally qualified and trained staff with clearly defined roles who understand and are familiar with their responsibilities and, the levels of service and conduct expected of them by our organization.
Our organization has a track record of delivering projects; on programme, within budget, with a minimum of disruption to our clients and customers achieving ‘right first time works’ and ‘zero defects’ by way of our organizations in house quality control procedures.
Painting and decorating project works undertaken include; anti-graffiti coating systems, balcony, walkway and staircase waterproofing/slip resistant coating systems, cladding coating systems (for use with architectural cladding), dry fall coating systems, fire protective coating systems (towards achieving class 1 & class 0 fire protection), high opacity paint systems (for use in upgrading appearances of concrete finishes), hygiene coating systems (actively inhibiting bacteria), ‘LumiTec’ technology coating systems, wallpaper and vinyl wall coverings.
Scope of Works included: Low rise blocks of flats and maisonettes (located on the Winstanley Estate, Clapham Junction) with a large majority of the properties being occupied with a mix of leaseholders and tenants.
