Scope of Works included: South Boroughwide redecoration and repairs to low rise flats, maisonettes, sheltered schemes and traditional housing (including ‘cottage’ and ‘metal plated’ type) with the majority of properties being occupied with a mix of leaseholders and tenants.
Works included; undertaking 100% surveys of properties prior to works commencing. Providing methods of accessing works (depending on property types, types of works involved and subsequent method statements and RAMs prepared by our organization and accepted by CDM coordinator) and included full independent scaffolding, MEWP’s, tower scaffold and ladders.
Works on different properties types involved asbestos testing, encapsulation and removal, replacement of existing; soffits, fascia and rainwater goods (roofline works) in PVC-u, ‘Fosroc’ concrete repairs, epoxy resin repairs, traditional joinery works, external and internal redecoration including ‘Akzo Nobel’ fire retardant coatings to landings, stairwells and walkways achieving class 1 level fire upgrade system.
