Scope of Works included: Chapman Court Development of low rise (occupied) flats enclosing an inner communal courtyard with a majority of the tenanted properties being occupied.

Works included; demolition and rebuilding of existing bin stores (including new pitched tiled roofing), extending existing bike stores, excavating existing concrete surfaces to inner communal court and resurfacing in bonded gravel, providing timber planters, and garden seating, security planting, supply fix new courtyard lighting, supply and fixing of DDA compliant signage, supply fix door entry phones and key fobs to communal entrances, supply fix web based CCTV, strip out redundant fire alarm system to communal staircases, supply / fix smoke detectors to communal staircase renew lighting to communal staircases, renew existing felt roofs to communal staircases including ‘Velux’ pivot windows, renew existing PVC-u residents front entrance door with GRP doors (incl. intumescent ironmongery and seals’), renewal of existing roofline (fascia, gutter & RWPs’) in PVC-u.
