Client:Wandsworth Council – Winstanley Estate Phase 2 - External and Communal Area Repairs and Redecoration - Winstanley Estate, London, SW11.

Scope of Works included: Low rise blocks of flats and maisonettes (located on the Winstanley Estate adjacent to Clapham Junction) with a large majority of the properties being occupied with a mix of leaseholders and tenants.

Wandsworth Council

Works included; undertaking 100% surveys of properties prior to works commencing. Providing methods of accessing works (depending on block types, works involved and subsequent method statements and RAMs prepared by our organization and accepted by CDM coordinator) and included full independent scaffolding, powered cradles, tower scaffold and ladders.

All PVC-u windows and doors were overhauled/repaired, ‘Sika’ concrete repairs were undertaken to concrete surfaces with external render surfaces redecorated with ‘Sika’ coatings’ and Tor fire retardant coatings were applied to internal landing, stairwells and walkways achieving class 0 level fire upgrade system.
