Scope of Works included: Low rise flats and maisonettes (forming part of a larger housing estate development) with a large majority of the properties being occupied with a mix of leaseholders and ’tenants’.

Works included; cyclical external and internal redecorations’ (external Akzo Nobel & internal Tor fire retardant coatings), the renewal of existing patio doors with double glazed PVC-u doors, the renewal of existing roofline (fascia, gutter & RWPs) in PVC-u, renewal of existing wooden shed doors and frames with GPR shed doors and frames and polyurea seamless flooring and roofing systems.
